  17. A question about our terms of sale?

Version of 12 October 2026. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

Article 1 — Who we are

These general terms of sale apply to the courses, books and one-to-one mentoring sessions sold by MYPASCHOOL.

  • Legal form: a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €500.
  • SIREN: 909 137 044. SIRET: 909 137 044 00030.
  • Registered office: 5 rue du Clos des Peupliers, 58240 Langeron, France.
  • President: Yvon-Patrick Mamia.
  • Contact: contact@mypaschool.fr · 06 07 08 00 54.

Training organisation declaration registered under number 27580099158 with the prefect of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. This registration does not constitute State approval.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Article 2 — Scope

These terms apply to any order placed on the website by:

  • an individual (consumer);
  • or a professional (company, freelancer, association).

So, placing an order means accepting the terms in force on the day of the order. A training agreement may also complement them. This is the case when a company or funding body pays for the course.

Article 3 — Courses

Each course is described on its page and in its downloadable syllabus. There you will find:

  • the objectives, prerequisites and audience;
  • the duration, format and access times;
  • its price and teaching methods;
  • then the assessment methods;
  • finally, accessibility for people with disabilities.

Access to the platform is personal and may not be transferred. Its duration is stated on the course page.

Courses in preparation

Some courses can be booked before they open. In this case, the planned opening date is shown on the course page. Your login details are then sent when the course opens.

If the course has not opened by the announced date, you may cancel your order. You then get a full refund within 14 days.

Article 4 — Ordering

Orders are placed online, in four steps:

  1. choice of the course or books;
  2. your details (and the delivery address for a print book);
  3. review of the summary;
  4. payment.

The order is confirmed by a summary email.

Professionals may ask for a quote. In this case, the order becomes final when the quote or agreement is signed.

Article 5 — Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Payment is secure, by card (Stripe or SumUp) or PayPal. However, MYPASCHOOL stores no bank details.

Payment in instalments

When payment in instalments is offered for a course, the number and amount of instalments are shown before you confirm.

If an instalment remains unpaid, a reminder is sent. Without payment within 3 days, access to the course is paused. It is then restored as soon as payment is received. Still, the pause does not cancel the amounts still due.

Courses funded by a third party

For a course funded by a third party (employer, France Travail), please contact us. The funder's conditions then also apply.

Promo codes

Only one promo code is allowed per order. It cannot be combined with another code unless stated otherwise.

A partner's code gives a discount on the course price, for the stated period. This discount excludes mentoring options and books. Also, the code cannot be exchanged for cash.

In addition, promotions shown on the site (launch prices, seasonal offers) state their end date.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal for courses

6.1 Course bought online by an individual

You have 14 days from the order to withdraw (article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). You do not have to give any reason.

To do so, send a clear statement to contact@mypaschool.fr or the form at the bottom of this page. You are refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Immediate access to the course

You can ask to start the course straight away. In this case, you expressly agree when ordering that access begins before the end of the withdrawal period. You also acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content begins (article L.221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code).

This request is optional. Without it, your access opens automatically at the end of the 14-day period. You can also ask to start earlier from your account at any time.

Some services may start at your request before the end of the period: live classes and coaching. If you withdraw, the part already provided then remains due (article L.221-25).

6.2 Courses bought online

Courses sold on this site to individuals are distance contracts. So the applicable withdrawal period is the 14-day period described in article 6.1.

Training may also be funded or contracted outside this site (company, funding body, signed agreement). In this case, the terms of that agreement or specific contract apply.

6.3 Professionals

The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals.

Article 7 — Books (shop)

7.1 Prices

Book prices are set by the publisher. This follows French law no. 81-766 of 10 August 1981 on book prices.

Shipping costs are shown before payment, depending on the delivery country. For delivery in France, shipping cannot be free. It then costs at least €3 for book orders under €35 (law no. 2021-1901 of 30 December 2021).

7.2 Delivery of print books

Books are sent by La Poste, in France and worldwide, to the address given when ordering. They are sent within 5 working days after payment. Then, La Poste delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days in France.

An email with the tracking number is sent on dispatch. Unless another time is stated, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order (article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code).

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel (article L.216-4). For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient.

7.3 Withdrawal for a print book

You have 14 days from receiving the book to withdraw (article L.221-18).

The book must be returned in good condition within 14 days of your withdrawal. Also, return costs are paid by you.

The refund is made within 14 days of the withdrawal. It includes the original standard delivery costs. However, it may be postponed until the returned book is received (article L.221-24).

7.4 Ebooks

The file (PDF or EPUB) can be downloaded from your account, under “My books”. However, it is limited to 10 downloads per purchase.

This file is available as soon as you pay if you ask for immediate access when ordering. Otherwise, it is available at the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

By asking for immediate access, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the first download (article L.221-28, 13°).

Finally, ebooks are for personal use only: they may not be shared, resold or distributed.

7.5 Legal guarantees

A damaged or incomplete book is replaced or refunded: write to us with a photo. Print books benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-1 to L.217-32 of the Consumer Code: two years from delivery, repair or replacement within 30 days, otherwise a price reduction or refund) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code: two years from discovery of the defect). The official wording of these guarantees, which prevails, is reproduced in article 7.5 of the French version.

7.6 Digital content (online courses, ebooks)

It benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L.224-25-12 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

This guarantee lasts two years from supply for an ebook. For a course, it lasts throughout the access period.

In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity free of charge within a reasonable time. Failing that, you are entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Write to us at contact@mypaschool.fr.

Article 7a — One-to-one mentoring sessions

7a.1 Nature and rates

A mentoring session is a one-to-one video call with the trainer. It lasts 30 minutes or one hour. It focuses on the topic you give when booking.

  • Rate: €80 per hour (€40 per half hour).
  • Reduced rate: €50 per hour (€25 per half hour). It applies to anyone enrolled in at least one MYPASCHOOL course. That person must also be signed in to their account when booking.

Sessions can also be bought as an option with a course. They then form a mentoring time credit. You use this credit by booking a slot in the schedule.

7a.2 Booking and payment

Available slots are shown on the Mentoring page, in Paris time. They are offered from 24 hours to 6 weeks ahead.

The booking is firm once paid online or once your mentoring credit is used. During payment, the slot is held for 20 minutes.

You receive by email the confirmation, the video link and a calendar invitation. Then a reminder is sent the day before the session.

7a.3 Moving and cancelling by the client

You can move or cancel a session from your account, under “My mentoring sessions”. This is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the session.

A session cancelled within this period is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method. If it was paid with a credit, the time is returned to you.

Less than 48 hours before the start, the session can no longer be moved or cancelled. It then remains due, except in duly justified cases of force majeure and subject to your right of withdrawal (7a.4).

If you do not attend, the session is due. Also, if you are late, it ends at the scheduled time.

7a.4 Consumer right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the booking to withdraw (article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). To do so, write to contact@mypaschool.fr or use the form at the end of this page.

Your session may take place before the end of this period. In this case, you expressly request, when booking, that it be performed before the period expires. You then acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the session has been fully performed (article L.221-28, 1°).

If you withdraw before the session, you are refunded in full within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals.

7a.5 Moving or cancelling by MYPASCHOOL

The trainer may be unavailable or have a technical problem. In this case, you are informed as early as possible. You then choose between a new slot and a full refund of the session.

7a.6 How sessions work

The session takes place by video call (Google Meet or Zoom). You need a computer or tablet, a stable internet connection and, ideally, a headset.

Also, recording the session without the trainer's consent is prohibited (article 9).

Mentoring is personalised support. MYPASCHOOL undertakes to give its best advice (best-efforts obligation), with no guarantee of a particular result.

Article 8 — Cancellation, postponement and dropping out of a course

By the learner, after the withdrawal period

You can ask to postpone a fixed-date session. This is accepted free of charge if you ask at least 7 days before it starts.

You may drop out because of duly justified force majeure (illness, accident, serious event). In this case, only the services actually followed are due, pro rata (article L.6354-1 of the Labour Code).

Before any dropout, we offer a conversation to find a solution: pause, postponement or later restart.

By MYPASCHOOL

A live class may be postponed if the trainer is unavailable or there are too few participants. You are told as early as possible. You then choose between a new date and a refund of the part not delivered.

Article 9 — Learner obligations and intellectual property

The learner agrees to:

  • follow the internal rules;
  • not share their login details;
  • and not copy or distribute the content.

Indeed, materials, videos, books and documents are protected by copyright. They are reserved for personal use.

Article 10 — Certificate and attendance

A certificate of completion is issued. It states the objectives, the nature and duration of the course and the results of the assessment.

Online attendance is evidenced by the platform's records. So you can download two documents from the learner's account:

  • a certificate of achievement;
  • an attendance record (measured learning time, quizzes, live classes attended, logins).

Article 11 — Liability

MYPASCHOOL uses all necessary means to deliver its services properly (obligation of means).

It cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by the user's equipment or internet connection. Nor can it be held liable in cases of force majeure.

Article 12 — Personal data

The data collected is used to manage orders, courses, deliveries, invoicing and quality monitoring. This is done in accordance with our privacy policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and port your data. To do so, write to contact@mypaschool.fr.

Article 13 — Complaints and mediation

Complaints can be sent through the website's complaint form or to contact@mypaschool.fr.

An acknowledgement is emailed immediately. Then a written reply is sent within 10 working days at the latest.

Mediation

If the disagreement persists, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator. They must do so within one year of their written complaint.

Mediator details: CM2C, 14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net.

Article 14 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

Failing an amicable settlement or mediation, consumers may bring proceedings, at their choice, before:

  • the court of the place where they lived when ordering;
  • or that of the defendant (article R.631-3 of the Consumer Code).

Between professionals, the Commercial Court of Nevers has jurisdiction.

Withdrawal form

To be sent to MYPASCHOOL, 5 rue du Clos des Peupliers, 58240 Langeron, France, or to contact@mypaschool.fr:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for: …
Ordered on: … / received on (print books): … · Order number: …
Name of consumer(s): … · Address of consumer(s): …
Date and signature (if sent on paper): …
